ninety days!
so... while the invitations are truly in their final stages i thought it sensible to provide some pertinent information here now.
dress code : technically it is a formal event, not quite black tie,
but men are permitted to wear tuxedos if they are so inclined.
MORE IMPORTANTLY : it is our request to all our guests ( not requirement ) to wear clothing that compliments our color theme. it would be such a pleasure if your attire consists of any shade of green , yellow, or brown .
dancing: there will be dancing. make certain your feet are comfortable. we are attempting to create a request box for
particular songs somewhere here on the blog. so far the evenings musical entertainment pretty much all falls under one genre. i doubt the majority of our guests are as enamored and at home in the eighties as i find myself.
blogging : for those of you who have found yourselves unable to comment. unfortunately
i have been informed it is necessary to have or create a google account.
unless one already uses gmail for email then it is possible to use that name and password.
i hope this is not a significant impediment.
schedule : the ceremony is scheduled to
begin at six
followed by cocktails and hors d'oeuvres
dinner will be served at seven thirty
completed with a champaign toast & dessert
then more dancing, spirits, and celebration
a final toast will complete the evening at
ten~thirty
fin: although our event will come to a close your
party doesn't have to stop there
only footsteps away Atlantic Ave is guaranteed to
provide a variety of entertainment
